Boiling and drying, also known as fluidized bed, it is composed of air filter, heater, boiling bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high pressure centrifugal fan, operating table, due to the different nature of drying materials, supporting dust removal equipment According to the need of consideration, cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected at the same time, or one of them can be selected. In general, if the specific gravity is larger, such as granules and granular materials, only the cyclone separator is selected, and the specific gravity is smaller. Pulverized and dusty materials need to be equipped with bag filter, and pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor are available for selection.

The bulk solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder. The filtered clean air is heated and sent by the blower to the bottom of the fluidized bed and contacted with the solid material through the distribution plate to form a fluid-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port. The exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed and discharged by the cyclone dust collector and the bag filter to recover the solid powder.

Steam, electric, hot air furnace can be equipped with (according to user requirements).

Working principle
The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Due to the extensive contact of hot air with the material, the process of heat and mass transfer is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is adopted, the material enters from one end of the bed and is boiled and dried after tens of seconds to several minutes, and flows out from the other end of the bed automatically. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.

Adapt to the material
◎Drying operations for pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feedstuffs. Such as: raw materials, tablets, granules, traditional Chinese medicine, health food, drink granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid and other powdered materials dry dehumidification. Applicable material particle size is generally 0.1 ~ 6mm, the recommended particle size is 0.5 ~ 3mm.

Installation Notes
◎ The equipment needs to be placed flat, fixed with foot screws, and the components are well sealed.
