Standard Rotary spray dryer are capable of spray-drying solution, emulsion, suspension and paste into powder in high efficiency and less processes . Dried materials can remain original colour, taste and fragrance as well sa provide a good dissolvability and high purity. The machines have a good working condition and can be operated automatically. They are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical , ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, construction and forestry chemical industries, etrc. the equipment is also applide for cold-forming and granulating special materials of polyethylene wax, bio-fertilizer, compound fertilizer,etc after being heating and melting.

Function Descriptions
1.Core components of atomizer: All high-precision bearings (SKF bearings, Sweden), no-load vibration value ≤ 5μm load vibration value ≤ 15μm
2.Trouble-free operation: up to 7,000 hours or more.
3.Atomizer total feeding quantity :1-50,000kg / h.
4.Electrical control system: sub-levels, size, variety of control options to meet different needs; classical logic approach; dynamic process simulation system; FX-DU/WIN-C special software programming; PLC control; configuration control; manmachine interface touch screen operational control.
5.Pharmaceutical drying machine can be added: shaking, sweeping gas, cooling jacket and other devices, piping all in compliance with GMP requirements.
