The aseptic spray dryer unit is an important equipment prepared for injection powders, such as streptomycin sulfate, garamycin sulfate, kanamycin sulfate, aminobenzylpenicilin and some TCM injection.

All material and air entering the system must be disinfected in the aseptic spray dryers and the collection of products must be also done in the laminar-flow packing room. The operation of air supply system must keep positive pressure. The air is fed by a supply fan through pre-filtration, medium-efficient filtration, sub-high efficient filtration and heatresistant high efficient filtration to obtain the clean drying medium. Through the two-fluid nozzle atomizer, the atomization system adopts the compressed air of aseptic filtration to atomize the aseptic liquid completely. This kind of atomization mode can prevent the foreign matters produced by metal abrasion during the atomization in mechanical mode from dropping out. It can prevent the lubricating oil from leakage due to the possible loose seal of centrifugal atomizer or prevent the finished powder from entering the bearing system.

The powder collection system must be put into the laminar flow packing room to ensure the cleanliness of products to be the hundred grades.
