White carbon material introduction
Silica is a collective term for white powdered X-ray amorphous silicic acid and silicate products. It mainly refers to precipitated silica, fumed silica, ultrafine silica gel, and aerogel, as well as powders. Synthesis of aluminum silicate and calcium silicate. Silica is a porous material whose composition can be represented by SiO 2 ·nH 2 O, wherein nH 2 O is in the form of a surface hydroxyl group. Soluble in caustic and hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in water, solvents and acids (except hydrofluoric acid). High temperature, non-flammable, odorless, odorless, with good electrical insulation.
Working principle
The hot air enters the agitating and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer through the inlet pipe at a suitable spouting speed, which produces strong shearing, blowing and rotating effects on the material. The material is then atomized by centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction. , enhanced mass transfer and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger, moister pellets are broken mechanically by the stirrer. Particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained by the swirling airflow and further dried during the ascent. Due to the gas-solid two-phase rotation. The inertia of solid phase is greater than that of gas phase. The relative velocity between solid and gas phases is relatively large, and the heat transfer between the two phases is enhanced. Therefore, the aircraft production intensity is high.
